• Any misuse of our services will lead to immediate termination without a refund.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed contract.
• Any delay in payment may result in service suspension.

4. Confidentiality

• We maintain the confidentiality of client data and expect the same from clients regarding sensitive business information.

5. Limitation of Liability

• HR BUSINESS EXPRESS is not responsible for any indirect damages arising from our services.
• We ensure professionalism, but final hiring decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
